Terms of Use.

Last updated: 18 October 2026

1. Your licence

A valid licence gives you personal, limited permission to use Visual Client for the duration associated with your purchase. You receive permission to use the software, not ownership of it. Keep your licence key private. Do not share, sell, rent, sublicense or transfer access to another person without the owner's written permission.

Timed licences start when first redeemed, and their expiry is shown in the dashboard. A lifetime licence has no scheduled expiry date; this does not promise uninterrupted availability or support for every future Minecraft version.

2. No cracking or unauthorised access

You must not crack Visual Client, bypass or disable its licence checks, authentication, hardware binding or other access controls; create or distribute key generators, cracks, unauthorised launchers or patched builds; or help others obtain access without a valid licence.

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the software to copy protected work or circumvent its protections, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity and does not allow that right to be excluded. These terms do not override rights granted by applicable third-party or open-source licences.

3. No redistribution or misuse

Do not upload, leak, mirror, resell or redistribute client files, private builds, licence keys or protected assets without written permission. Do not impersonate Alatic, misrepresent a modified build as official, attack the service, steal accounts, exploit vulnerabilities for unauthorised access, or interfere with other users.

Follow the rules of servers and platforms you use. Visual Client does not guarantee acceptance by a server or protection against server moderation. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through our official support channel.

4. Accounts and hardware resets

Use the Discord account associated with your licence and take reasonable care to protect it. Self-service HWID resets are available once every seven days. During that cooldown, only the owner can approve an earlier reset. A reset clears your device binding and ends existing client sessions; it does not extend your licence duration.

5. Copyright and third-party rights

© 2026 Alatic. All rights reserved in Alatic's original Visual Client software, branding and website content, except where a separate licence applies. Do not copy or reuse protected work without permission or another lawful basis.

Minecraft, game assets, third-party software, music, trademarks and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. No ownership of those materials is claimed by Alatic.

6. Independent project — no affiliation

Not an official Minecraft product. Not approved by, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

Visual Client is an independent project. Minecraft names and imagery identify the game for which it is intended. Discord sign-in does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by Discord. Minecraft and Microsoft terms still apply to your use of their products.

7. Availability, purchases and consumer rights

Features and compatibility may change, and downloads or account services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security work or updates. Check the current release information before purchasing. Purchase-specific pricing and payment terms are shown by the official store at checkout.

For billing, refunds or access problems, contact support with your purchase details. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies or refund rights that apply to you. No blanket “no refunds” rule is created by these terms.

8. Enforcement

Access may be suspended, a licence revoked, or an account banned for breaches of these terms or to address a credible security threat. Account bans can block redemption and client access and end active sessions. Contact the owner if you believe a restriction was applied in error. Any enforcement remains subject to applicable law and your mandatory rights.

9. Changes and contact

Revisions will be published here with an updated date. Material changes should be communicated before they take effect where required by law; posting a change does not remove existing statutory rights or automatically alter completed purchase terms.

For permission requests, copyright concerns, licence issues or an appeal, contact Alatic through the official Discord support channel ↗. Purchases are available through the official store ↗.
